Seoul Branch, Double S Rewards Points and Fuel Cost Benefits for 2 Days on the First Weekend of July
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Shilla Duty Free announced on the 1st that it will hold various promotions targeting customers preparing for overseas travel in the era of high oil prices.
Shilla Duty Free Seoul Store will run a promotion on the first weekend of July, the 2nd and 3rd, offering double fuel cost vouchers and point benefits. Customers who purchase over $300 will receive a 20,000 KRW SK gift certificate usable at SK gas stations nationwide, and those who purchase over $1,000 will receive 50,000 KRW. From July 4th, the store will return to giving a 10,000 KRW voucher for purchases over $300 as usual.
Shilla Duty Free Seoul Store also provides free valet service to all customers visiting by private car. Presenting the valet ticket and purchase receipt at the first-floor outdoor desk will allow customers to receive SK gift certificates. For customers arriving by taxi, an event is ongoing that awards up to 8,000 S Rewards points.
Additionally, the Seoul store is running an event that doubles S Rewards points when purchasing with Samsung Card. This event awards S Rewards points based on purchase amounts ranging from $150 to $10,000. The previous maximum of 1.86 million S Rewards points is increased to 2.46 million points (equivalent to approximately 3.17 million KRW) when paying with Samsung Card.
There is also a 'Vacation Expense Support' event for customers preparing for summer vacations. Customers who purchase over $700 and $1,500 on the same day will receive 30,000 and 50,000 S Rewards points respectively. This is given in addition to the purchase amount-based S Rewards points and runs until July 10th.
Meanwhile, Shilla Duty Free Seoul and Jeju stores are holding a summer season-off 'Blue Sale' until September 1st, offering up to 70% discounts on fashion and sunglasses brands such as Bally, Kenzo, and Coach. At the Seoul store, watch and jewelry brands like Rosemont, Ferragamo, Oris, Swarovski, and Stonehenge are discounted up to 45%. Cosmetics brands including Fresh, Clinique, MAC, and Dr.G are also sold at discounts up to 50%. The Jeju store is holding a season-off event with up to 70% discounts on fashion brands such as Longchamp, Bally, Kenzo, and Coach. All events end when stocks are depleted.
