High Scores Achieved in Product and Service Quality
On the 30th of last month, Hong Chang-young, Head of Customer-Centric Management at 11st (left), received the Korea Service Quality Index certification plaque from Kang Myung-soo, President of the Korea Standards Association.
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] 11st announced on the 1st that it was selected as the No. 1 in the e-commerce category of the ‘2022 Korea Service Quality Index’ for 15 consecutive years.
The Korea Service Quality Index is a service quality evaluation model jointly developed by the Korea Standards Association and the Seoul National University Business Research Institute. In this survey, 11st received high scores in evaluation categories such as ▲ excellence in product and service quality ▲ customer-considerate service ▲ detailed information provision on products and services.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, 11st has focused on providing convenient shopping services that cover customers of all age groups in response to the increased demand for online shopping, and has continuously strived to introduce differentiated services. A representative example is the Amazon Global Store, where customers can purchase tens of millions of products from Amazon US, offering innovative overseas direct purchase services such as popular overseas products, differentiated free shipping benefits, and a convenient shopping environment.
To maximize customer convenience in grocery shopping, 11st has also established an online grocery shopping environment covering the entire country. In May, 11st added Lotte Mart same-day delivery to its grocery shopping service, and together with the existing same-day delivery services from Emart Mall, Homeplus, GS Fresh Mall, and the dawn delivery service from SSG.com, it is the only company in the industry to provide all major domestic mart grocery shopping services in one place. Fast delivery through next-day delivery service Shooting Delivery and carefully selected products also enhance customers’ purchasing experience.
