First 100 Customers Who Spend Over 20,000 Won at Local Franchise Stores Receive Gifticons Worth 16,000 Won
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Gwiyeol] From July 1 to September 13, Gyeongbuk Province and the Gyeongbuk Cultural Foundation will conduct the “Use Your Cultural Nuri Card in Gyeongbuk!” event to encourage nationwide Cultural Nuri Card users to use affiliated stores within the province.
To participate, during the event period, users must spend at least 20,000 KRW at Cultural Nuri Card affiliated stores located in Gyeongbuk, then add Gyeongbuk Cultural Nuri as a KakaoTalk Plus Friend and verify their payment details via one-on-one chat.
The province plans to provide a ○○ Chicken gifticon to the first 100 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. The event results will be available on September 16 on the Gyeongbuk Cultural Foundation’s social media (SNS), and winners will also be notified individually via text message.
The Cultural Nuri Card (Integrated Cultural Voucher) support program began in 2006 targeting basic livelihood security recipients and low-income groups to improve quality of life and reduce cultural disparities.
This cultural welfare program issues cards that can be used in the fields of culture, arts, travel, and sports activities. This year, 100,000 KRW per person annually is supported, and cards can be issued through community centers, automated response systems, and mobile apps until November 30.
Kim Sang-cheol, Director of the Culture, Tourism and Sports Bureau of Gyeongbuk Province, said, “This event was planned to promote Gyeongbuk tourism during the summer vacation season and to publicize the Gyeongbuk Cultural Nuri project using KakaoTalk. We will continue to work to reduce cultural disparities through expanding affiliated stores and actively promoting the project.”
