SKT analyzed that "the recognition came from innovations in customer experience using cutting-edge ICT technologies such as artificial intelligence and continuous efforts to improve service quality." KS-SQI is an index developed by the Korea Standards Association that quantifies customer satisfaction by measuring satisfaction in eight areas?professionalism, sincerity, proactiveness, social value, and others?based on customers who have used domestic companies' products and services. Jointly developed by the Korea Standards Association and the Seoul National University Business Research Institute, KS-SQI has been surveyed since 2000 and is recognized as a representative customer satisfaction index indicating the quality level of the domestic service industry.
