Bando Construction announced on the 30th that it has won the contract for the 'Ulsan Sincheon-dong Apartment Construction Project,' which involves building five buildings with 352 residential units and neighborhood living facilities, ranging from two basement floors to 24 above-ground floors, at 476-4 Sincheon-dong, Buk-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City. The contract amount is approximately 104.3 billion KRW.
The site is adjacent to National Route 7 and Autobelly Road, allowing access throughout Ulsan, and there are four nearby bus stops. Additionally, Buk Ulsan Station is within a 3 km radius, and Ulsan Airport is within 5 km. The Ulsan Outer Ring Expressway, passing through the nearby Hogye IC, is scheduled to open in 2027, enabling connection to the Gyeongbu Expressway, which will improve the metropolitan transportation network to Daegu and the Seoul metropolitan area.
Dongdae Elementary School and Sincheon Elementary School are located within 500 meters, and middle and high schools such as Cheongok Middle School, Maegok Middle School, Hogye Middle School, Dongcheon High School, and Hogye High School are within a 1 km radius. The site is adjacent to Maegokcheon and Dongcheongang, which have been developed as waterfront cultural spaces, allowing residents to enjoy riverside walking paths and water-friendly facilities nearby.
Meanwhile, with this contract win, Bando Construction has recorded six contracts in the first half of the year, with a cumulative contract amount of 462.5 billion KRW.
