[Photo] Entire Dongbu Expressway Closed Due to Water Bombardment

Heavy rain centered in the central region has caused closures on urban roads such as Dongbu Expressway and Olympic-daero, causing inconvenience for commuters. The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted very heavy rain of 50 to 100 mm per hour accompanied by thunder and lightning until the morning, mainly in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, and the Yeongseo area of Gangwon Province. Here are photos from the scene of the Dongbu Expressway, which is completely closed due to the rising water level of the Jungnangcheon Stream.
