"MUSINSA Standard Opens Second Flagship Store Following Hongdae in Gangnam"

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Musinsa Standard announced on the 30th that it will open the doors of its second flagship store, ‘Musinsa Standard Gangnam,’ on the 1st of next month and officially begin operations.


To celebrate the opening of the new flagship store, Musinsa Standard will offer special discounts to visitors for three days from the 1st to the 3rd of next month. First, at Musinsa Standard Gangnam only, all products will be sold at a 10% discounted price. Additionally, three representative Musinsa Standard products ? △slacks (Wide Hidden Banding Slacks) △denim (Regular Fit Denim Pants) △t-shirts (Cooltandard Relax Fit Crew Neck Short Sleeve T-shirts) ? will be offered in limited quantities at a special 70% discount.


Customers who visit Musinsa Standard Gangnam during the event period will also receive special gifts. Among customers who purchase over 70,000 KRW, the first 100 customers each day will receive Musinsa Standard’s offline signature scent, the Mystic Wood diffuser, and among those who purchase over 50,000 KRW, the first 300 customers will receive a fabric perfume.


Musinsa Standard Gangnam features products from all lines, including men’s and women’s, the ‘Kids Line’ launched earlier this year, and the eco-friendly ‘Green Line.’ In particular, a variety of products in the ‘Irish Green’ color, available only at Musinsa Standard Gangnam, will be sold in limited quantities. In addition, a wide range of products including beauty and accessories will be available.


Musinsa Standard expects the large media walls installed on the first floor above ground and the first basement floor of the Gangnam flagship store to attract customers’ attention. The combined size of the media walls on the first floor and basement first floor reaches 34 meters, which will be used to emphasize Musinsa Standard’s brand identity.


To provide customers visiting the Musinsa Standard flagship store with a new experience, a live fitting room service will also be operated. Inside the live fitting room, an ‘LG StanbyMe’ display is installed, allowing customers to mirror their smartphones and adjust the background color as desired, making it easy to create short-form content such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.


Furthermore, the O2O (Online to Offline) service ‘Mutan Pickup’ desk, which allows customers to pick up purchases made on the online store at offline stores, will be expanded to enhance customer convenience.
