Daewoo E&C’s ‘Wirye Jungang Prugio,’ developed alongside Wirye Jungang Tower in Wirye New Town, attracted significant attention from the time of sale. It secured an excellent location in the center of Wirye New Town with various transportation options. As a result, it absorbs a large floating population and demand from the surrounding area, establishing itself as a landmark commercial facility representing Wirye New Town along with Wirye Jungang Tower.


Also, Hyundai Development Company’s ‘Gwanggyo Alleyway,’ located near Gwanggyo Lake Park at the center of Gwanggyo New Town, has secured abundant demand with a large residential town nearby. It is recognized as one of the successful commercial facilities with a distinctive theme, serving as a landmark representing Gwanggyo.


Ultimately, commercial facilities developed by branded construction companies play a crucial role in revitalizing commercial districts and become landmarks, imprinting themselves as reliable products for consumers.


Recently, branded commercial facilities have been quickly sold out in the subscription market. POSCO Engineering & Construction’s ‘Arc Bay Street,’ Lotte Construction’s ‘Le West Avenue 767,’ the consortium of Hyundai Development Company, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, and POSCO E&C’s ‘Star O’ciel Avenue I,’ and KCC Construction’s ‘Gwangmyeong Lumiere’ all recorded rapid sell-outs last year and this year.


A real estate official said, “Commercial facilities with famous construction company brands have been verified through various cases, so consumers have no choice but to trust and invest.” He added, “They often meet various requirements for profit generation such as construction, location, product, and demand, so it is reasonable to have high expectations when leasing or investing.”


Meanwhile, ‘Jewel Estate Gam-il Station,’ a commercial facility within a complex developed under the ‘Jewel Estate’ brand by Shin Young Construction, known for its excellent technical skills, is attracting attention from consumers.


It is composed of five basement floors to ten above-ground floors, including △87 neighborhood living facilities from basement level 1 to the 3rd floor △77 officetels with exclusive areas of 41~47㎡ from the 4th to the 10th floor △91 section offices with exclusive areas of 31~39㎡.
