Providing Premium Care Services for Residents
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwanju] Senior care platform CareDoc announced on the 27th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with 'Dongbaek Spring County Xi,' a leading senior town in Korea, to provide premium care services for residents.
Located in Dongbaek-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi Province, Dongbaek Spring County Xi is a representative senior town equipped with various convenience facilities and communities for seniors aged 60 and above.
Through this MOU, CareDoc will open the 'Spring County Care Center' within the complex to offer comprehensive senior care services to residents. The center will be staffed with a center director who is a former elderly care nurse with 20 years of experience, dedicated care coordinators, and visiting rehabilitation exercise specialists. Additionally, services will be provided by professionals with a high level of understanding of senior care through CareDoc’s internal training programs.
Any resident can use a variety of services optimized for seniors' daily lives with reasonable options. The focus is on providing affordable daily care services for seniors who do not require intensive nursing or long hours of household care but wish to improve their quality of life. Services can be selected and used according to individual circumstances, such as when care and health management are needed due to poor condition after discharge, when daily care is required without a long-term care grade, or when living alone and needing daily care and residential environment management.
Jung Hanna, Head of CareDoc’s Home Care Business Division, said, "CareDoc is a company specialized in senior life care, and starting with this MOU, we plan to expand our presence and service provision to various senior towns. We will strive to solidify our position as a senior care specialist company that enhances seniors’ quality of life, helps them achieve successful aging, and supports happy retirement planning."
