Support Program Applications Start Online and On-site from the 27th
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] Yeongcheon City, Gyeongbuk Province, is promoting the Yeongcheon City Small Business Card Fee Support Project to help local small business owners severely affected by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic restore their business operations.
This support project provides partial support for card fees in 2021 to small business owners in the region who are experiencing a crisis due to COVID-19, including the burden of card fees. A total project budget of 752 million KRW will be invested, and support will continue until the budget is exhausted.
The support target is small business owners with a business registration address in Yeongcheon City and total sales of 400 million KRW or less in 2021. The support amount is 0.8% to 1.3% of the card sales amount in 2021, up to a maximum of 500,000 KRW.
Exclusions include businesses with no card sales in the previous year, those closed before January 1, 2022, unregistered businesses, those with incomplete tax reporting, businesses unable to conduct transactions with an account in their own name, and businesses promoting gambling or game speculation.
Applications for support can be submitted online or in person at the Yeongcheon branch of the Gyeongbuk Economic Promotion Agency.
