[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Ray, a dental treatment solution company, announced on the 27th that it has purchased land and buildings located in Jukjeon-dong, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do to expand its production facilities.
The building area secured by Ray to increase production capacity is 8,279㎡, and it plans to quickly relocate equipment from its existing factory in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do to the new factory. All processes to expand the production of dental medical devices will be completed within the second half of this year. Once the new factory is operational, the production volume of dental medical devices will double compared to before.
Based on accumulated know-how, Ray will establish the latest production facilities at the Yongin factory and also introduce smart factory modules along with manufacturing process efficiency improvements. By creating an advanced manufacturing process line, it plans to secure world-class competitiveness in dental medical device manufacturing.
Through the expansion of production facilities, Ray will be able to efficiently respond to the rapidly increasing demand for dental medical devices both domestically and in overseas markets.
