Office Baejae, which holds certifications as a social enterprise and a women-owned business, plans to take the lead in realizing social value through this certification.
The Standard Workplace for the Disabled certification system is designed to provide stable jobs for people with disabilities who have difficulty engaging in vocational activities and to help companies fulfill their obligations to employ disabled individuals. Office Baejae, established in Namdaemun in 1990, is an MRO company with a 32-year history and operates its own logistics center as a social enterprise. The company previously obtained social enterprise certification in 2015 and women-owned business certification in 2017.
Regarding the acquisition of this certification, representatives Jae-moon Bae and Yoon-kyung Park stated, "The number of people with not only congenital but also acquired disabilities is increasing, and to contribute to responding to rapid social changes such as population aging and COVID-19, we prepared to become a Standard Workplace for the Disabled. We will continue to pursue social value and become a company capable of sustainable growth."
Office Baejae is capable of providing integrated services from production to logistics and distribution, expanding various customized services for customers including not only office supplies but also MRO purchasing agency, printing and design, and interior construction.
