Applicants can also apply via email by referring to the recruitment announcement on the Gyeonggi Provincial Government website.

The province grants additional points to students and graduates majoring in real estate-related departments.

The Real Estate Transaction Order Assistants will work from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from August to November, with workplaces in 15 cities and counties within the province, including Suwon City, determined by prior demand surveys. Applicants can select their preferred workplace when submitting their application. Wages will be paid according to the Gyeonggi Province Living Wage Ordinance, with the living wage set at KRW 11,141 per hour.

A provincial official explained, "The Real Estate Transaction Order Assistants program is promoted to establish a sound real estate transaction order and contribute to the creation of public jobs."

Meanwhile, last year, the province hired 46 Real Estate Transaction Order Assistants, achieving results such as preventing and guiding 130 cases of false real estate listings, investigating 2,425 cases of real estate transaction report contents, and inspecting and guiding 20 cases of illegal real estate brokerage activities.
