The First Main Subscription Among Last Year's Pre-Subscription Complexes
Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 26th that the main subscription for 869 public sale housing units in Block A24 of Hoecheon, Yangju, Gyeonggi Province will begin on the 27th.
This is the first complex among those that received preliminary subscriptions last year to proceed with the main subscription.
The units are supplied in three types of 59㎡ exclusive area, with 612 units allocated to preliminary subscription winners, 218 units to special supply candidates such as multi-child families, newlyweds, and first-time homebuyers. The general supply quantity is 39 units.
The sale price ranges from 285.08 million KRW to 299.81 million KRW, which LH explained is similar to the estimated sale price (291.85 million KRW) announced during last year's preliminary subscription notice.
Applicants must be adult members of a household without a home residing in the metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) as of the announcement date and must have a subscription savings account. The subscription period, payment frequency, income and asset criteria vary by supply type, so prior verification is necessary.
The Yangju Hoecheon district is expected to see a significant improvement in accessibility to the metropolitan area through the expansion of the metropolitan transportation network, attracting considerable interest from actual homebuyers without homes.
Nearby are Deokgye Station on Subway Line 1 and Deokjeong Station, where the GTX-C line (planned) will stop. Additionally, access to the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway and the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway is easy via Yangju IC, allowing quick travel to Seoul and major metropolitan downtown areas. An extension of Subway Line 7 is also planned near the district.
Walking distance includes Dodun Elementary School and Deokgye Middle School, and plans are in place to build kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools near the complex.
Within the complex, the latest smart digital systems such as remote meter reading, voice assistants, unmanned parcel delivery, in-unit smart ventilation systems, living room lighting control systems, and food waste dehydrators will be installed for residents' convenience.
Furthermore, auxiliary facilities such as daycare centers, community cafes, small libraries, fitness centers, senior centers, and seasonal storage will be provided to enhance residents' living convenience.
