Yangju Mayor-elect Kang Su-hyun Conducts 'On-site Inspection to Assess Current Issues'... Establishes Core Policy and Pledge Implementation Plan Yang Su-hyun, the elected mayor of Yangju City, embarked on an on-site inspection on the 24th to assess current municipal issues. [Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] The transition committee for the 8th term mayor of Yangju City conducted an on-site inspection on the 24th to understand current administrative issues and decided to establish core policy tasks and phased pledge implementation plans.


The on-site inspection focused on project sites that the transition committee members deemed necessary to assess the progress and problems during the major business reports that concluded on the 17th.


The committee visited seven locations including ▲ Subway Line 7 Stations 104 and 201 ▲ Okjeong Logistics Center Sites 1 and 2 ▲ Nam-myeon Renaissance Center ▲ Sampyo Industry Yangju Office Quarry Site ▲ Yangju Gwana Site.


The committee plans to review the operational status and appropriateness of each project and reflect the opinions gathered and major business report results in setting the direction and goals of the 8th term administration.


The on-site inspection was attended by elected Mayor Kang Su-hyun, Transition Committee Chairman Kim Sang-heon, committee members, and related public officials.


Chairman Kim Sang-heon stated, "We will analyze the conditions identified on-site and citizens' suggestions from multiple perspectives and incorporate them into administrative policies."
