"YESKEY Financial Certificate Usable at All Housing Subscription Centers"

[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] The YESKEY financial certificate from the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute (KFTC) can now be used at all housing subscription centers nationwide.

On the 24th, KFTC announced that the YESKEY financial certificate has been applied to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) subscription center. This means that the YESKEY financial certificate can now be used at all housing subscription centers across the country, including the Korea Real Estate Board, SH Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation, and GH Gyeonggi Housing and Communities Corporation.

The YESKEY financial certificate is issued and stored in KFTC's cloud storage, allowing users to access it with a password without installing any additional programs. Now, applications for subscriptions can be made using the YESKEY financial certificate not only for private sale and rental housing but also for public sale and rental housing such as pre-subscription in all regions, newlywed hope towns, public rental housing, Happy Housing, and non-priority subscriptions. Starting from the public sale housing at LH Subscription Center's Yangju Hoecheon District A24 block, which begins on the 27th, the YESKEY financial certificate can be used.

A KFTC official stated, "The YESKEY financial certificate is a highly reliable, secure, and convenient authentication method that is being rapidly adopted across various sectors including public services, finance, securities, MyData, and fintech. We plan to continue expanding its usage quickly so that citizens can use it safely and conveniently in more places."
