[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Park Bokyun, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, will discuss policy directions such as the revival of the tourism industry, which has suffered due to COVID-19, and regulatory innovation.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced on the 22nd that Minister Park will hold a meeting with the tourism industry at 2 p.m. at the Korea Tourism Organization Seoul Center.
The meeting will be attended by 10 people including ▲Yoon Youngho, President of the Korea Tourism Association Central Council ▲Oh Changhee, President of the Korea Travel Association ▲Yoo Yongjong, President of the Korea Hotel Association ▲Kim Chunchu, President of the Korea MICE Association ▲Choi Sungwook, President of the Korea Casino Tourism Association ▲Choi Geonhwan, President of the Korea Comprehensive Resort Facilities Association ▲Kim Hyeongjo, President of the Korea Resort Condominium Management Association ▲Kim Kwanghee, President of the Korea Camping Association ▲Park Insook, President of the Korea Tourist Interpreter Guide Association ▲Jung Jiha, CEO of 'Tripbitoz'.
Since his inauguration, Minister Park has been identifying policy issues and continuing discussions on ways to open an era of cultural prosperity through meetings with public institutions in the fields of culture, arts, content, sports, and tourism.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism explained, "Minister Park has continuously emphasized 'field-centered' policy implementation and plans to expand meetings with private sector fields by sector in the future."
