Yeongam-gun Holds Integrity Empathy Slogan Award Ceremony

'Adding Integrity to Daily Life, Multiplying Fairness at Work' and 3 Other Cases Selected

[Yeongam=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-kyung] On the 17th, Yeongam-gun, Jeollanam-do held an award ceremony for employees who proposed integrity slogans in the Deputy Governor's office.

As part of the 2022 Comprehensive Plan to Improve Anti-Corruption and Integrity in the County, the Integrity Practice Week was held in May. Among the five weekly plans, the integrity slogan contest was the first program aimed at spreading awareness of integrity within the public service and utilizing it for promotional activities.

Among the 45 slogans submitted from each department, three final selections were made: ▲ Adding Integrity to Daily Life, Multiplying Fairness at Work ▲ Mega Heart Full of Kindness and Integrity ▲ Yeongam's Integrity Future Starts with My Transparent Step. These slogans have been posted at the entrances of the county office and town halls, serving as an opportunity to share and spread the value of integrity while welcoming civil petitioners.

Through the May Integrity Practice Week, in addition to collecting and promoting integrity slogans, the county is focusing on establishing new systems by preparing operational rules following the enforcement of the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, improving the reporting system, and conducting group education for all employees.
