Jeju Police Department Mounted Unit Delivers Special Donation to Korean Red Cross

[Jeju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Jeongpil] The Jeju Police Agency Gyeongseung Unit (Gyeongseung Chief Monk Dojong) announced on the 20th that it donated a special Hope Sharing fund of 3 million won to the Korean Red Cross (Chairman Oh Hong-sik).

The donation ceremony was attended by about 30 people, including Monk Dojong, the Gyeongseung Chief of Jeju Police Agency, Go Gi-cheol, Chief of Jeju Police Agency, members of the Gyeongseung and Gyeongseung Council of Jeju Police Agency, and the Jeju Police Agency command.

A Gyeongseung Unit official said, "We donated the collected 3 million won through the Korean Red Cross, asking that it be used for underprivileged neighbors and vulnerable groups in Jeju Island."

Chairman Oh Hong-sik, who received the donation, said, "I express my gratitude to the Jeju Police Agency and the Gyeongseung Unit, who visit every year without fail, and I will use the donated funds effectively."
