[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Woomi Construction announced on the 20th that it plans to launch the first and second phases of sales for 'Muan Oryong District Woomirin' in the Oryong District of Namak New Town in July.
'Muan Oryong District Woomirin' is located in blocks 43 and 44 of the Oryong District in Namak New Town, Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do. It will be developed with 14 buildings ranging from one basement floor to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, with a total of 1,057 households, each with an exclusive area of 84㎡. The first phase (block 43) consists of 372 households with an exclusive area of 84㎡, and the second phase (block 44) consists of 685 households with an exclusive area of 84㎡.
The Oryong District in Namak New Town, where the complex is located, is a public land development district covering approximately 2.8 million square meters in the Ilro-eup area of Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do, capable of accommodating about 9,800 households. Accordingly, the complex is subject to the price ceiling system for pre-sale prices.
The Oryong District is characterized by its development as a city with green spaces such as views of the Yeongsan River, waterfront parks, and sports parks. Major public institutions such as the Jeonnam Provincial Government Office are nearby, and the Daebul Industrial Complex is also close.
The parking lot of 'Muan Oryong District Woomirin' is designed underground (excluding parking areas for neighborhood living facilities), making it an apartment complex without cars. Various community facilities will be established within the complex, including a fitness club, indoor golf practice range, gender-separated reading rooms, a small library, Cafe Rin, and a guest house.
