[Asia Economy Reporter Myunghwan Lee] Abatech announced on the 20th that it has acquired land and buildings within the Gumi High-Tech Valley National Industrial Complex from Korea Water Resources Corporation.
The acquisition amount is 13 billion KRW, which corresponds to 8.48% of last year's total assets.
The purpose of the acquisition is to secure land for business expansion, and the purchase price was funded through internal reserves.
The scheduled acquisition date is October 31.
