On the 3rd floor, "President's Space," the official portrait (replica) of President Moon Jae-in introduced at the last Cabinet meeting of the 19th term and the first official document of the term, the "Plan for Establishing and Operating the Job Committee," are exhibited.
On the 4th floor, "President's Role," records related to peace and unification such as the Panmunjom Declaration from the inter-Korean summit and the guestbook signed by Chairman Kim Jong-un are displayed, along with various records including the certificate of election for the 19th president, the inauguration oath, and commemorative inauguration stamps.
Meanwhile, the Presidential Archives transferred a total of 11.16 million records (8.88 million electronic records and 2.28 million non-electronic records) of the 19th presidential administration from 30 presidential record-producing institutions in May of this year and are currently conducting inspection and organization work.
Shim Seong-bo, director of the Presidential Archives, said, "The ultimate goal of managing presidential records is to serve the public," and added, "We plan to expand services such as displaying the transferred 19th presidential records so that the public can easily and quickly access them, starting with exhibitions and gradually releasing record lists and original documents."
