[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] Samil Accounting Corporation (CEO Yoon Hoon-soo) held a general meeting of employees on the morning of the 17th and appointed 44 new partners.
In this personnel appointment, Partner Lee Jung-hyun was appointed as the head of the Tax Division, and Partner Park Dae-jun was appointed as the head of the Deal Division. Partner Lee graduated from Korea University with a degree in Business Administration and joined Samil Accounting Corporation in 1990. He gained overseas work experience at PwC's San Jose office in the United States and has been leading the Global Tax Service Headquarters since 2012, pioneering strategic tax advisory services for multinational corporations as an international tax expert. Partner Park graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in Business Administration and joined Samil Accounting Corporation in 1992, working at PwC's Chicago office in the United States. He later graduated from London Business School and has served as the head of the Deal Division and PE Service Leader as an M&A advisory and valuation expert.
