- 'Hillstate' Continues as No.1 in Brand Preference... First Launch in Yeonggwang, Jeonnam
- Official Contract Signing Held for 4 Days from 20th to 23rd
The brand value of apartments built by the top 10 construction companies is increasing over time. It is evaluated to contribute not only to excellent product quality but also to the rise in real estate value.
In fact, consumers feel that the brand has a significant impact on apartment prices. According to a survey conducted by the real estate platform Zigbang in March targeting app users, 87.4% of all respondents answered that the apartment brand influences the formation of apartment value (price). Those who answered 'average' accounted for 8.0%, and 'no influence' was only 4.6%, showing that about 90% of respondents believe that the apartment brand affects value (price).
Moreover, the most important factor when choosing an apartment brand was 'quality and design structure inside the complex' (37.0%). This was followed by △brand image and awareness (31.3%) △construction capability and defect maintenance (18.2%) △complex exterior and design (10.0%) in order.
As the importance of product quality and brand increases, the lifestyle leader driving the real estate market, the 'Hillstate' brand, is attracting attention as it makes its first appearance in Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do.
'Hillstate' continues to maintain high preference by ranking first in various brand survey indicators, and based on this, it has proven its value by achieving excellent sales results in many places, drawing attention to its first sales complex in Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do.
In fact, the Hillstate brand has consecutively won first place in various brand awards. Notably, it ranked first in the '2021 Apartment Brand Power Survey' announced by the real estate research firm Dr. Apartment last year, marking three consecutive years at the top. It also held first place for 38 consecutive months in the apartment brand reputation survey announced by the Corporate Reputation Research Institute. Additionally, it ranked first overall in the '2020 Best Apartment Brand Survey' by Real Estate 114, demonstrating significant recognition, preference, brand value, and trust.
Accordingly, Hillstate brand apartments continue to be highly successful in the sales market based on strong preference. For example, last year, complexes such as 'Hillstate Mojong Neoluce,' 'Hillstate Sosa Station,' and 'Hillstate Chowol Station' completed sales within a short period. This year, in March, the private rental apartment 'Hillstate Indeokwon' supplied in Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do, attracted 80,892 subscription accounts, showing an average competition rate of 117 to 1.
An industry insider said, "Hillstate brand apartments have very high preference and trust among consumers based on residents' housing satisfaction and brand value," adding, "As the first Hillstate apartment to be supplied in Yeonggwang, expectations for excellent product quality and brand are rising."
The first Hillstate apartment supplied in Yeonggwang, Jeollanam-do, is 'Hillstate Yeonggwang,' consisting of 8 buildings with 493 households, ranging from basement level 1 to 18-20 floors above ground.
The complex is designed with all units facing mainly south for excellent natural lighting and will feature a highly preferred 4Bay layout. Additionally, it maximizes space utilization with ample storage space designs such as dressing rooms and pantries.
Various state-of-the-art systems for residents' convenience will also be installed. These include a home network system that allows control of home devices from outside, and the Hi-oT system, a smartphone-based service integrating IoT-connected home appliances.
The official contract for 'Hillstate Yeonggwang' will be held for four days from the 20th to the 23rd. Resale is possible immediately after the contract.
A model house is currently open, and move-in is scheduled for August 2024.
