Namwon-si School Operation Committee Council Elects President Jeong Young-gwon


[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jeong Young-kwon] Jeong Young-kwon was elected as the chairman of the Namwon City School Operation Committee Council in Jeonbuk.


The Namwon City School Operation Committee Council held its 2022 academic year regular general meeting on the 15th at the support office audiovisual room, attended by chairpersons of operation committees from public and private kindergartens, elementary, middle, high, and special schools in the district, the 16th reported.


At the regular general meeting, the chairpersons of each school unanimously elected Jeong Young-kwon, chairperson of Seojin Girls' High School, as the council chairman.


Chairman Jeong stated, “Through communication and harmony, I will actively take the lead to help the operation committees of each school and kindergarten in the Namwon area grow and develop further, elevating the status of each school’s operation committee chairpersons.”


He also said he would do his best to provide free sportswear support for students in the district.


On the same day, Bang Geuk-man (Dotong Elementary School) and Choi Jae-deok (Namwon Girls' High School) were elected as vice chairmen, Kang Sang-nam (Hanbit Middle School) as auditor, and Ha Song-beom (Odong Elementary School) as secretary general.
