Blinken: "The decision to cede some Ukrainian territory is made by President Zelensky and the Ukrainian government"
[Asia Economy Reporter Naju-seok] French President Emmanuel Macron expressed on the 15th that the Ukrainian government should negotiate with Russia.
According to major foreign media on the 15th, President Macron, who is visiting Romania, stated, "At some point, the President of Ukraine and officials will have to negotiate with Russia to end the war."

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, in an interview with PBS, was asked whether Ukraine might have to cede some territory to Russia.
