[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jaehee] Hyundai Heavy Industries, a subsidiary of Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering, announced on the 15th that it has received an order for 2 LNGCs from an Oceania-based shipping company for 617.3 billion KRW. This amount corresponds to 14.56% of the sales revenue in 2021.
The contract period is from June 14, 2022, to March 31, 2026.
