[Asia Economy (Bucheon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation will participate in the Yongin City Job Fair held at Yongin Mir Stauum on the 15th to provide various information related to employment and entrepreneurship.
The foundation announced on the 14th that it plans to participate as an affiliated organization in the fair through the Women's Capability Development Headquarters located in Yongin City and introduce women's employment and entrepreneurship support projects.
At the fair, the foundation will operate ▲ Online Career Development Service Kkumnalgae ▲ Gyeonggi Women's Startup Platform Kkummaru ▲ Women's Startup Support Projects (One-person Creative Enterprise Support Center, Gyeonggi Women's Startup Incubation Center, Startup Growth Center, operation of Gyeonggi Northern Women's Startup Room), among others.
Kkumnalgae is Korea's first women-specialized online career development platform operated by the foundation. It provides step-by-step career development services such as vocational education, employment preparation and potential diagnosis, resume clinic, mock interviews, and workplace adaptation counseling.
Kkummaru is a startup platform that provides services such as startup consultation, startup mentoring, and startup space rental for women (preliminary) entrepreneurs in Gyeonggi-do. Users can access space rental (Yongin, Uijeongbu, Goyang, Yangju, Hwaseong), startup education, startup consultation, and mentoring services.
Through the women's startup support projects, the foundation also provides customized step-by-step consulting for women-owned businesses from the preliminary startup stage to within seven years of establishment.
Hong Chun-hee, head of the foundation's Women's Capability Development Headquarters, said, "The foundation provides various employment and entrepreneurship information such as Kkumnalgae and Kkummaru and has strengths in the women's startup support field. We will provide diverse information to job seekers at this fair."
Meanwhile, the fair, hosted by Yongin City, will have 56 recruiting companies participating to conduct on-site interviews and job matching. Job support projects and policy guidance through related organizations will also be provided, and side events such as personal image making and employment counseling will be held.
