Sale of Lukums Hill the Terrace Apartment and Officetel in Seokchon-dong

‘LUCOMS HILL the terrace,’ a new multi-family housing and officetel complex in Seokchon-dong, Songpa-gu, has begun sales.


‘LUCOMS HILL the terrace’ is the second project in the premium residential series led by LUCOMS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter ‘LUCOMS’), following the successful sale of the premium apartment ‘LUCOMS HILL Seoripul’ in 2020.


With a total floor area of approximately 2,260 pyeong, ‘LUCOMS HILL the terrace’ in Seokchon-dong consists of 25 multi-family housing units and 46 officetel units. The multi-family housing spans from the 2nd to the 8th floor, while the officetel occupies floors 3 to 10, with penthouses located on the top floors of each section. The first floor will be dedicated to neighborhood living facilities, ensuring convenient lifestyle infrastructure.


While offering a variety of types to suit different preferences, the project focuses mainly on small-sized units in line with the trend toward smaller households. As reflected in the building’s name, the design maximizes the advantages of terraces to create differentiated spaces. Notable features include a 3BAY pantry space for enhanced openness and hotel-style separated bathrooms. The lobby and common hall are designed with a sophisticated, unique hotel-like style in the city center, featuring simple and trendy interior design with white colors and molding-free construction.


Notably, ‘LUCOMS HILL the terrace’ attracted attention as it was meticulously designed with the participation of CEO Oh Se-wang of GDL Architects. CEO Oh is recognized as an authority and expert in the industry, having received prestigious awards such as the Presidential Award in the Residential Category of the Korea Architecture Culture Awards, the Gyeonggi-do Architecture Award, the Gangwon-do Architecture Award, and the Gangnam-gu Beautiful Architecture Award.


Geographically, Seokchon-dong, where ‘LUCOMS HILL the terrace’ is located, offers abundant lifestyle infrastructure and the benefits of a fully developed urban area. It is within walking distance of Lotte Tower, Lotte World, Seokchon Lake, Baekje Ancient Tomb Road, and Olympic Park. The double subway station access at Seokchon Station on lines 8 and 9 is just a 1-2 minute walk, providing easy access to central business districts such as Yeouido and Gangnam. Future major nearby development plans include the Jamsil Sports Complex redevelopment and the Hyundai Global Business Center construction.


‘LUCOMS HILL the terrace’ opened its model house this month, allowing visitors to view the unit types in person, receive guidance and inquiries, and begin sales registration.


A sales representative stated, “We have carefully prepared to offer a premium residential space in Songpa-gu, one of the most desirable areas to live in Seoul. Since the model house opened, many visitors have come, and we expect the most popular unit types and floors to be quickly sold out.”
