BMT Acquires Patent Rights for Universal Power Factor Compensation Device

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] BMT announced on the 10th that it has acquired a patent for the 'Universal Power Factor Correction Device.'

This pertains to a power factor correction device that, as a single unit, can improve the individual power factor of various motor loads with different capacities, and can progressively enhance the power factor up to 100%, exceeding the set target value.

The company stated, "By providing a device that can compensate the power factor to ensure individual motor loads within a certain capacity range maintain a stable power factor above a certain value during operation, while enabling mass production with a standardized configuration, we have improved the technical issues. We plan to strengthen our competitiveness in the distribution panel market and public procurement market in the future."
