DL Construction Wins 71.5 Billion KRW Contract for New Office-tel Construction in Incheon Cheongna

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Young-won] DL Construction announced on the 8th that it has signed a contract for the construction of Yeonju and Incheon Cheongna officetel. The construction scale is a 240-unit officetel with 3 basement floors and 21 above-ground floors.

The contract amount is 71.5 billion KRW, which corresponds to 3.56% of the sales in 2021. The contract period is 30 months from the actual start date of construction.
