[Asia Economy Reporter Junho Hwang] Cosmetics platform company CTK has significantly enhanced the user convenience of its beauty creation platform, 'CLIP (CTK CLIP)'.
On the 8th, CTK announced that it has improved the user interface (UI) and design to allow 'CLIP' users to easily and quickly utilize platform functions, and completely revamped the platform to expand functions and services in line with CTK's future business strategy.
CLIP features an intuitive user interface (UI) that enables rapid product information search and comparison of related products for planning requests. Noting that over 80% of users access the B2B platform via mobile, a mobile-optimized UI was newly developed.
The search function was also enhanced. Formulas, packaging, and ingredients related to the search terms are separately categorized and displayed, making it easier for users to find the information they want. For example, when searching for 'mascara,' various formula characteristics such as 'volume,' 'long-lasting,' and 'waterproof' appear under the formula category.
In particular, CLIP's functions and screens have been modularized, giving it the characteristics of a portal-type platform. CTK evaluated that services to be additionally provided according to business strategies can now be applied to CLIP more easily and quickly.
Jinyong Jeong, CEO of CTK, stated, "We have renewed the platform to continuously evolve into a cosmetics development platform that anyone?from individual entrepreneurs starting a cosmetics business to beauty specialized companies?can conveniently use," adding, "We will make CLIP a leading beauty creation platform in the global beauty industry."
Meanwhile, the beauty creation platform 'CTK CLIP' launched its service in March last year and currently has 5,000 registered companies using it. CTK is also preparing services that link OBM (Original Brand Manufacturing) and fulfillment services conducted by its subsidiaries.
