Training 50 Service Engineers Specialized in Collaborative Robots
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Doosan Robotics announced on the 2nd that it will open the nation's first collaborative robot specialized contact center in partnership with AJ Maintenance Partners and AJ ICT.
The contact center supports technical consultations, remote software updates and fault diagnosis services, and field service requests. To respond to customers, it utilizes phone, website, email, and SNS, providing optimized services tailored to each customer through data collection and analysis.
With bases in Suwon and Daegu, a nationwide A/S network has been established, enabling visits within 3 business days for general cases and within 1 business day for urgent cases. Additionally, by the end of this year, 50 specialized collaborative robot service engineers will be trained to strengthen customer service support capabilities.
A Doosan Robotics official said, "This is the first tangible result since signing an MOU with AJ Maintenance Partners last March," adding, "We will do our best to enhance customer convenience by strengthening A/S response capabilities through collaboration with AJ affiliates experienced in contact center and field services."
