Market Kurly's Wine Self-Pickup 'Popular'... Expanding Products and Stores Market Kurly is expanding the service range as Artisee's wine self-pickup, which has been piloted since last March, gains great popularity.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Market Kurly announced on the 2nd that it will expand the scope of Artisee's wine self-pickup service, which has been piloted since March and has gained great popularity.

To expand the wine self-pickup service, Artisee added more than 50 types of wines to Market Kurly. Notable examples include Gosset's vintage champagne "Gosset - Grand Millesime 2012," which carries a reputation spanning four centuries, and "Flowers Sonoma Pinot Noir," produced in the Sonoma region of California, known as the Burgundy of the United States.

The total number of wines available for self-pickup has increased to about 250 types. Among them, a variety of sparkling wines, which are easy to enjoy at gatherings and home parties, have been added. Sparkling wines are so popular that they occupy the 2nd to 5th places in wine sales.

The number of Artisee stores where wines can be picked up has also increased from 10 to 19 locations. In addition to areas with high usage of the self-pickup service such as Gangnam, Yeouido, and Pangyo, new locations including Yeoksam, Seocho, Seolleung, and Jongno have been added, improving customer accessibility. The self-pickup service plans to steadily expand its offline coverage areas in the future.

Market Kurly is holding a "Wine Self-Pickup Special Exhibition" until the 9th, offering wines categorized by price: daily wines under 30,000 KRW, entry-level wines priced between 30,000 and 50,000 KRW, and premium gift wines over 150,000 KRW.

A Market Kurly official said, "Since expanding the wine self-pickup stores on May 26, customer accessibility has increased, resulting in a 26% increase in orders and an immediate response," adding, "We will continue to operate the wine self-pickup service well so that customers can purchase a variety of wines more conveniently."
