Lotte Construction to Launch 'Changwon Lotte Castle' for Sale in June

- From B2 to up to 36 floors above ground, 7 buildings with exclusive areas of 39~112㎡, 748 units for general sale
- Formation of a Lotte Castle brand town with 'Changwon Lotte Castle Centum Gold' and over 2,000 units

Lotte Construction to Launch 'Changwon Lotte Castle' for Sale in June

Lotte Construction plans to launch sales of ‘Changwon Lotte Castle’ in June through the redevelopment project of Yangdeok 4 District in Masanhwoin-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam. The complex will consist of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 36 floors above ground, with a total of 981 households and exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 112㎡, of which 748 units will be offered for general sale.


The housing types are composed of six types: △39㎡ 18 units △59㎡A 58 units △59㎡B 25 units △84㎡A 388 units △84㎡B 201 units △112㎡ 58 units.


In the first priority subscription for ‘Changwon Lotte Castle Centum Gold,’ supplied through the Yangdeok 2 District reconstruction project in July last year, 25,831 applicants applied, showing a high subscription competition rate of 70.6 to 1 on average. In addition, ‘Changwon Lotte Castle,’ supplied through the redevelopment of Yangdeok 4 District, is expected to receive high demand due to its excellent location and status as a non-regulated subscription area, allowing freedom from subscription qualifications and regulations.


‘Changwon Lotte Castle’ is located in a highly preferred residential area of Masan, providing easy access to abundant living infrastructure. Within approximately 1 km radius of the complex, large retail facilities such as Shinsegae Department Store, Lotte Mart, and Homeplus, as well as Changwon NC Park, are nearby, enabling convenient residential life. In addition, Bongdeok Elementary School is located directly opposite the complex, allowing children to commute on foot, and school facilities such as Changsin Middle School and Changsin High School are also within walking distance, providing an excellent educational environment.


Regarding transportation conditions, Masan Express Bus Terminal is within walking distance, and KTX Masan Station is also located nearby. Along with this, road networks such as Masan Jungang-ro, Yangdeok-ro, and Pallyong Tunnel are nearby, allowing quick access to downtown Changwon by car, and Namhae Expressway Dongmasan IC and Seomasan IC enable easy travel to other regions.

There is also abundant demand for proximity to workplaces. Directly south of the complex is the Masan Free Trade Zone, and Changwon Green Tech Valley, where LG Electronics, Hyosung Heavy Industries, Hyundai Mobis, SK Technopark, and Hyundai Wia are located, is nearby, enabling quick commuting.


A real estate agent in Yangdeok-dong said, “Recently, new supply complexes in Masanhwoin-gu, a non-regulated area within Changwon City, have continued to be popular with high subscription competition rates,” adding, “Along with the previously supplied ‘Changwon Lotte Castle Centum Gold,’ expectations for the creation of a Lotte Castle brand town are increasing, and high subscription competition is anticipated.”
