E-commerce Industry Begins Summer Discount Events 11th Street's 'I'm Fashionista' special exhibition.

[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] The e-commerce industry has launched events in anticipation of the upcoming summer, coinciding with the lifting of social distancing measures.


According to the industry on the 29th, Lotte ON is holding the '72-Hour Last Chance' event until the 31st. This month, related products in fashion, beauty, food, and home living are being sold at discounts of up to 72% ahead of the summer and vacation season.


The 72-Hour Last Chance is an event held during the last three days (72 hours) of each month, offering discounts on the most popular products of the month. It features sections such as 'Today's Special,' which offers about 10 products daily at discounted prices; 'Additional Discount Brands,' which provides extra benefits on five brands carefully selected by Lotte ON each day; and 'God (GOD) Review Items,' which proposes products with the most reviews and highest ratings.


Additional discount brands include the SPA brand 'Spao,' beauty brand 'Etude,' and 'STCO' for male office workers' workwear, with products from these brands sold at discounts of up to 70%. Also, during May, the product with the most reviews, 'Jongkundang Health Lactofit Probiotics Gold (200-day supply),' and the highest-rated 'Vinson Meshif Cargo Box (70L)' are offered at 44,720 KRW and 49,900 KRW respectively. Additionally, 'Tulip Fresh Flowers from Taean Flower Farm (10 stems)' is sold at 14,000 KRW, and 'The Design Ilchodang Sweet Corn (10 pieces)' at 21,900 KRW.


This month, a themed section called 'Shopping Cart Filled with This Year’s Trend Colors' is also operated, recommending various products by this year’s trend colors. It suggests fashion and bedding products matching colors such as 'Very Peri,' Pantone’s 2022 color, as well as 'Cornsilk,' 'Paradise Pink,' and 'Chic Black.'


11st is running the ‘I’m Fashionista’ special exhibition until the 10th of next month, collaborating with a total of 60 representative brands preferred by 11st customers within the fashion and beauty categories to showcase summer season products.


This special exhibition offers discounts of up to 83% during the event period for each of the 60 brands, including Missha, Amorepacific, Topten, Giordano, Jaju, Crocs Korea, and Hazzy’s. Customers can find various products such as color cosmetics and jewelry for summer styling, street fashion items for light outdoor activities, shirts, dresses, and shoes.
