According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 28th, rain will fall in Jeju Island in the morning, and in the Jeolla region and western Gyeongnam from 6 PM. Expected precipitation amounts are 5 to 30 mm for Jeju Island, and around 5 mm for the Jeolla region and western Gyeongnam.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 10 and 22 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 23 and 31 degrees Celsius. Seoul will reach a high of up to 29 degrees during the day, and some areas, mainly inland Gyeongbuk, will see temperatures rise above 30 degrees.
Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions.
From the afternoon, strong winds are expected mainly around Jeju Island and the southern coast of Jeonnam, so caution is advised for outdoor facility management and safety accidents.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the coastal waters of all seas. Strong winds and high waves are predicted in the southern offshore waters of Jeju Island and the eastern offshore waters of the South Sea, so vessels navigating or fishing should be careful.
Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are forecasted to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
