[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] CJ CheilJedang announced on the 27th that it will launch the 'Rabap Set,' which includes Hetbahn and Nongshim Shin Ramyun together.
The Rabap Set contains a small bowl of Hetbahn (130g) and a large bowl of Nongshim Shin Ramyun. It can be purchased at convenience stores such as GS25, CU, 7-Eleven, and Emart24. The price is 2,500 won, which is 15% cheaper than buying the two products separately.
CJ CheilJedang explained that they introduced the Rabap Set considering that many customers purchase instant rice together when buying soup ramen at convenience stores.
A CJ CheilJedang official said, "The Rabap Set is a product that allows you to conveniently enjoy ramen and rice together at vacation spots," adding, "We will continue to introduce various products reflecting the food culture trends of the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z)."
