100-Person Discount Available for Naver Pay Pre-Reservations Until June 2
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Mayfield Hotel Seoul announced on the 27th that it will hold the 'Thirstymoon Beer Festival,' combining alcoholic beverages and performances, on June 4-5.
The festival will take place from 6 PM to 10 PM on both days, June 4 and 5, at the European-style outdoor garden Atrium and Royal Mile Terrace. This festival features craft beers and draft beers, including low-alcohol beverages that have gained popularity as 'home drinking' and 'solo drinking' have become major alcohol consumption trends among the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z). Attendees can also enjoy performances by the get-all-it band 'Real Players' and electronic dance music DJing.
Craft beers such as 'Hunchback Hazy IPA' from 'Playground Brewery,' introduced as a craft beer hotspot in the gourmet program, 'Cheongdamdong Myeoneuri,' 'Sarangbeombuk' from 'Artmonster,' and 'First Love's Scent,' a Belgian wheat beer that won 17 awards at international beer competitions, will be available. Apple ciders from 'Dancing Cider,' including Sweet Mama, Dancing Papa, Yo Sae Roje, and Shin Ae Yuja, will also be offered.
Imported beers boasting taste and aroma, such as Paulaner Munich Lager and premium wheat beer Edelweiss, will be available as well. Korean-style soju 'Tokki Soju,' which started in Brooklyn, New York, will offer Tokki Soju Black and the Thirstymoon special cocktail Moon Highball. In addition, more than 20 varieties of various alcoholic beverages can be enjoyed.
Alongside the drinks, the Thirstymoon set menu includes items such as 'Somsa Meat Pie,' filled with beef and suitable for outdoor enjoyment, and 'Pork Escalope,' a tomahawk cutlet. Single dishes prepared on-site by the chef, such as sausages, potato galette, and arancini, will also be available.
The event includes a prize giveaway where customers dressed in the dress code colors of white and navy will be selected as best dressers, and lucky draw winners will receive prizes such as room accommodation vouchers and Castle Terrace buffet tickets.
