Wanju-gun Living Culture and Arts Club Network Conducts Regular Busking Performances

Permanent Busking Across Wanju in Parks and Streets Around Cultural Facilities

[Wanju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Han-ho] The Wanju-gun Living Culture and Arts Club Network announced on the 26th that starting from October 3rd at Samnye-eup Cultural Village (in front of Saechamsure Plaza), they will hold the 'Wanju Everywhere Regular Busking' on weekdays and weekends until the end of October in parks and streets around cultural facilities.

The regular busking project, part of the 2022 Club Revitalization Support Public Project, is a unique initiative of Wanju Living Culture and Arts Network, where performances of living culture and arts are held regularly wherever people gather in the 13 towns and townships.

The clubs performing have strengthened their capabilities through programs aimed at improving their performance skills and self-sustainability.

Each club is capable of performing for more than an hour on their own, ensuring high-quality performances.

Director Im Seok-ju said, "I hope that through the regular busking performances, people will take away a heartwarming experience where everyday life becomes art through hobbies," and added, "I hope many clubs will play a significant role in cultivating healthy families, a cultural city Wanju, and the happiness of Wanju residents."
