McDonald's Launches Two McCrispy Burgers... "The World's First Taste of Chicken Burger"

The two McCrispy burgers, which will be sold regularly starting today, are 'the world's first-ever chicken burgers' completed after extensive research by McDonald's, featuring the best combination of various ingredients from the patty to the bun and sauce.

According to McDonald's, the biggest difference in the new menu is the use of a 100% whole chicken thigh Cajun patty that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. By using a thick whole chicken thigh, you can experience both the rich juice and the texture of the chicken with every bite, and the Cajun seasoning adds a deep umami flavor.

Additionally, the chicken burgers use a special bun called the 'Potato Brioche Bun,' which pairs best with chicken burgers. The Potato Brioche Bun has a savory potato aroma and a subtle sweetness, maximizing a soft and chewy texture that harmonizes perfectly with the chicken burger. Along with this, a special smoky sauce with a sweet and tangy flavor infused with smoky aroma and sweet yet pungent onions create a flavorful balance, offering an addictive charm.

The McCrispy Deluxe Burger includes fresh tomatoes and lettuce on the whole chicken thigh Cajun patty for a diverse and hearty experience, while the McCrispy Classic Burger delivers the pure taste of chicken with a basic yet faithful composition.

To celebrate the launch of the new menu, McDonald's is offering various events on the first day of release. Customers who purchase the new menu through takeout, drive-thru, or delivery will receive a special package with a kitschy chicken-shaped design, and a special photo event featuring broadcaster 'Jonathan,' who has returned as a McDonald's crew advertising model, has also been arranged.

McDonald's is also launching a new side menu, 'Coleslaw.' It features fresh cabbage, carrots, and onions mixed in a creamy mayo dressing, providing a crisp texture. The unique refreshing taste of coleslaw cleanses the palate, making it a great accompaniment to various menus such as burgers and French fries.
