He also emphasized, "While serving as the head of the Housing Planning Division of Seoul City, I led the reconstruction of old apartments in the low-rise charcoal briquette heating area of Jamsil Field into luxury apartments such as Els, Parkrio, and Resentz. Utilizing this reconstruction experience, I will become a one team with Mayor Oh Se-hoon to swiftly promote reconstruction and redevelopment, making Songpa the top city for residential environment."
Along with this, he promised, "If I become district mayor, I will establish a system to meet residents with a humble attitude, lower the threshold of the district office, and ensure that residents receive courteous and prompt administrative services exceeding the level of private companies."
