Hoban Construction’s Hoban Summit Sky Central Phase 2 consists of a total of 583 households across 8 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 21 floors above ground. The units have exclusive areas of 74 to 101㎡, with the following distribution by type: ▲74㎡ 122 units ▲84㎡A 127 units ▲84㎡B 163 units ▲84㎡P 135 units ▲101㎡ 18 units ▲101㎡P 18 units.

All units are designed with a 4-bay slab-type layout, and the complex is arranged mainly facing south to ensure excellent lighting and ventilation. Using variable walls, various space configurations can be created according to consumers’ lifestyles (varies by type). Kitchen furniture is arranged considering housewives’ household movement, and various storage spaces such as entrance pantries and living room ceiling line lighting are also provided (varies by type).

Community facilities include a fitness club, indoor golf practice range, kids club, and a shared care center to support residents’ healthy and relaxed lifestyles. Additionally, a daycare center will be established within the complex.

Yeongjong International City, where the complex is located, is a new city being developed on a 51.26㎢ site covering Yeongjong and Yongyu Islands in Jung-gu, Incheon, with a planned population of 181,024 people (72,070 households). This year, the population exceeded 100,000. In 2003, it was designated as part of the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ) along with Songdo International City and Cheongna International City, the first such designation in Korea. Large-scale development projects are underway, including the Yeongjong Complex Resort Project and Midan City Development Project to foster a complex leisure tourism city, as well as the Incheon International Airport development project and the construction of the Third Yeongjong Bridge.

The complex offers quick access to the western Seoul area via Incheon Bridge (Second Gyeongin Expressway), Yeongjong Bridge (Incheon International Airport Expressway), and the Airport Railroad’s Unseo Station and Yeongjong Station. In particular, once the Gyeongin Expressway underground project, selected for preliminary feasibility study last month, is completed, it will connect to the Third Yeongjong Bridge and the Sinwol-Yeoui underground road, enabling travel from Incheon International Airport to Yeouido within 30 minutes.

The Third Yeongjong Bridge is a sea bridge connecting Yeongjong Island and Cheongna International City. Upon its opening in 2025, it will directly connect to Cheongna International City, allowing shared access to various infrastructures such as Starfield Cheongna (planned), Costco Cheongna (planned), and Cheongna Medical Complex Town (planned).

Nearby Hoban Summit Sky Central Phase 2 are Unseo Elementary School, Yeongjong Middle and High Schools, as well as educational facilities such as Incheon International High School, Incheon Science High School, and Haneul High School. Commercial facilities and public offices are planned around the complex, and residents can enjoy convenient and pleasant living with Baegunsan Mountain, various neighborhood parks, and the Seaside Park along the beach.

A Hoban Construction sales official stated, “Hoban Construction and others have supplied about 10,000 apartment units in Songdo and Cheongna, and the complexes previously supplied in Yeongjong International City have been well received by actual buyers. We plan to present differentiated products worthy of the Hoban Summit brand.”

Meanwhile, Hoban Summit Sky Central Phase 2 has no mandatory residence requirement, and resale restrictions last for 3 years. A model house will be prepared, and move-in is scheduled for August 2024.
