Man in his 30s Arrested for Illegally Filming Female Employee at Samsung Office

On the 24th, the Songpa Police Station in Seoul booked and is investigating a man in his 30s, identified as Mr. A, on charges of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes, etc. (filming using a camera, etc.).

Mr. A is suspected of illegally filming a female employee using his mobile phone around 3 p.m. at an office in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu. When the victim discovered the phone and confronted him, the man reportedly admitted to the crime.

The police, who responded to the report, took Mr. A into custody voluntarily. A police official stated, "We plan to conduct further analysis of the phone to investigate any additional offenses."
