On the 24th, the 13th Criminal Division of the Seoul Northern District Court (Chief Judge Oh Kwon-cheol) held Heo's first trial at around 2:40 p.m. on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act, causing injury while obstructing a special official, and obstructing a special official.
Earlier, on February 17th, Heo was caught drunk driving near Hawolgok-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, but fled from the police. During this process, he is also accused of ramming a police car and injuring a police officer who attempted to conduct a breathalyzer test.
