The Duzon Bizon Consortium, which includes the Army Headquarters, will demonstrate the task of building a "non-face-to-face application and recruitment platform" that simplifies the inquiry and submission of various data scattered across private and public institutions and enhances reliability.

This project was conceived to resolve the inconvenience experienced by data subjects during the submission of recruitment documents due to the increase in Army applicants, and during the planning process, the scope of service application was expanded to include recruitment processes of general companies. Through this, the goal is to continuously expand new service demanders such as public institutions and general companies and activate the non-face-to-face application and recruitment platform.

Duzon Bizon will build the non-face-to-face application and recruitment platform and proceed with the project demonstration based on advanced ICT technologies and know-how such as cloud and big data. The Army Headquarters will support all matters including providing military-related data and platform service demonstration at each development stage.

Once the platform is completed, supporting data required for application submission such as resident registration certificates, military service certificates, national qualifications, and career certificates can be collected and submitted through the MyData platform. It is expected that a MyData-based innovative service ecosystem will be established that benefits both data subjects (Army applicants, job seekers, etc.) and data demanders (Army and companies, etc.) by enabling easy submission of supporting data and digital administrative processing in a non-face-to-face environment.

In particular, it is expected to eliminate errors such as missing documents during the collection of supporting documents and reduce the time and cost incurred in securing and verifying documents. The non-face-to-face application and recruitment platform also ensures thorough personal information security. Core data protection technologies will be applied to guarantee data sovereignty and security technologies to prevent sensitive information leakage will be implemented.

Song Hochul, Head of the Platform Business Division at Duzon Bizon, said, "We will successfully carry out the non-face-to-face application and recruitment platform project to implement efficient innovative services based on data and contribute to the activation of the social MyData ecosystem." He added, "In the future, we will continuously discover various service demand institutions in the public and private sectors and expand services to employment recommendation platforms and more."
