It will consist of 8 buildings with a total of 875 households, ranging from 2 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors. It is expected to become a landmark apartment representing the nearby area as the tallest complex in Eumseong-gun and Jincheon-gun.

To reduce the financial burden on buyers, interest-free installment payments are offered, and the resale restriction period is 3 years, allowing resale of the pre-sale rights before ownership transfer registration.
