[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Seorak Waterpia, operated by Hanwha Hotels & Resorts, announced on the 23rd the launch of an exotic atmosphere 'Night Spa.'

Seorak Waterpia Spa Valley, which was damaged by the wildfires on the East Coast of Gangwon, has been upgraded after remodeling. The 18 baths, designed with motifs from eight famous hot spring tourist destinations around the world, give the feeling of traveling through global hot springs. For the new 'Night Spa,' over 100 Milky Way lights and mood lighting were installed to create a differentiated nighttime spa experience.

'Blue Lagoon' creates a dreamy atmosphere with its blue paint-like color and basalt rocks harmonizing together. 'Posobianco' expresses the feeling of rocks turning white where the hot spring water passed by, enhanced by added bath additives. 'Mornington' is characterized by a cozy atmosphere with a small-scale bath located at the innermost part of the Spa Valley.

'Miskolc' boasts the largest scale within the Spa Valley, with waterfalls and rock formations arranged around it to give the feeling of being in the middle of nature. Passing the 'Mammoth,' shaped like a river distribution, there is 'Hangsondeung,' known for its mysterious cave atmosphere. 'Tolangtongo' and 'Rototua' recreate hot spring waterfalls falling from the mountains.

Seorak Waterpia's 'Night Spa' operates from 7 PM to 10 PM. Hanwha Resort Seorak Sorano is selling packages that include one night’s stay and two tickets to Seorak Waterpia's 'Night Spa.' Reservations and detailed information are available on the Hanwha Resort website.

A representative from Hanwha Resort Seorak Sorano said, "With the lifting of social distancing and increased demand for outdoor activities, the number of visitors to Seorak Waterpia in May nearly tripled compared to the previous year," adding, "We hope visitors experience special moments and relaxation through the Night Spa."
