"Creating Efficient Public Officials"... Recruiting Participants for Sejong Academy 'Um'

[Asia Economy Reporter Seomideum] The National Sejong Library will offer the '2022 First Half Sejong Academy ' online education program from the 7th to the 30th of next month. Participants will be recruited from the 23rd to the 29th.

Sejong Academy is a program designed to help public officials broaden their basic knowledge of society, including culture, arts, and science, and to foster creative thinking so they can grow into 'efficient public officials.' It operates in two fields: 'The Joy of Finding Myself' and 'Cultivating Creativity.'

The 'The Joy of Finding Myself' course, focused on cultivating cultural competence centered on humanities and arts, will be held every Monday and Tuesday with seven lectures including ▲The Scent of Bookshelves - Independent Bookstores, Everything About Publishing ▲Mindfulness Project ▲Stories of Archaeology. The 'Cultivating Creativity' course, aimed at enhancing creative work capabilities, will be held every Wednesday and Thursday with seven lectures including ▲Life Extension, Stories of Scientific Development ▲All About Art Tech ▲AI Society.

Public officials wishing to participate can apply on the National Sejong Library website. The selection results will be notified via text message to the contact number entered at the time of application on the 31st.
