AlSquare Completes Comprehensive Survey of Vietnam Commercial Real Estate... Builds 50,000 Valuable Data Records

[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Kim] RSquare announced on the 17th that it has completed a comprehensive survey of commercial real estate including major buildings, industrial complexes/factories, and logistics centers in the top 10 regions of Vietnam.

RSquare expanded its survey areas beyond Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang to additionally build a database of over 40,000 commercial real estate properties including buildings, factories, and logistics centers. The top 10 regions in Vietnam include the five centrally governed cities of Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Haiphong, Da Nang, and Can Tho City, as well as Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, Bac Ninh Province, Dong Nai Province, Binh Duong Province, and Long An Province, which have many global corporate industrial complexes and factories.

RSquare explained that through this survey, it has extensively secured a database covering international ports, traditional industrial complex areas, as well as logistics centers near major Vietnamese cities. The database contains various information such as tenant details, landlord contact information, photos, and types of factories.

Last year, RSquare established its Vietnam branch and conducted a comprehensive survey of office facilities in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang, securing a database of 10,000 properties. With this latest comprehensive survey, RSquare can now provide customers with information on over 50,000 commercial real estate properties. The company updates the vacancy status of Vietnamese commercial real estate once a month and delivers it to client companies, while also offering consulting services for companies entering the Vietnamese market.

RSquare stated, "We will directly collect industrial complex and factory information needed by companies operating in Vietnam and provide meaningful data to domestic and international companies."

RSquare has signed an agreement with Shinhan Vietnam Bank to provide commercial real estate information. To open overseas market channels for companies based in Daejeon, it has also partnered with the Daejeon City Vietnam Office. RSquare has an exclusive contract with Vietnamese real estate developer KCN Vietnam for industrial complex land sales and factory/warehouse leasing, and is participating in the Starlake City mixed-use development project in Hanoi being developed by Daewoo E&C.
